Horrible experience
When I was handed the package for pickup at the store, I could hear metal banging around inside. Upon opening it, I discovered that the Bulova Marine Star watch was loose in the box, and an open, empty Fossil metal case was sliding around next to it.
As a collector, the original packaging and warranty card are essential, and the lack of proper packaging significantly reduces the watch's value. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I have attached a picture showing the contents of the box exactly as it was opened.
