Damaged and used
Item arrived while I was away for a business trip. When I returned & opened it, it was packaged in four boxes, all in each other. Once I saw the item, I knew it had been used and was damaged. The turntable still had an old record on it. The horn was crooked and falling off. I contacted Nordstrom rack but since I did not open the boxes during the return period, they could only offer me a 10% refund, as I would have to pay for shipping. As this item was in four boxes, you can only imagine what shipping would be. I now use the item as a useless statement piece. WARNING do not buy anything while away from home, be sure to be present for delivery and open your item AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES.
