Gets Hot & Didn’t provide 1 full charge as stated

This portable battery not only gets very hot while using it, it only provided 21% charge to my iPhone 13 Pro when it was fully charged for 1st time vs the 1 full iPhone charge as stated on the box.. My iPhone 13 Pro battery life only went from 21% to 42% before the portable charger was fully depleted (charging wirelessly vs wired). How hot it got is concerning from a safety POV. Am returning after 1 use.

Overheating charger!

I have tried to use this charger several times with various electronics and the he result has been always a substantial issue with the overheating of the charger. I stopped using it due to safety concerns.
