Brixton Ankle Strap Dress Sandal (Women)

I read other reviews that the shoes arrived without the ankle straps. I thought that must be an anomaly. I was wrong! They arrived in a Dolce Vita box without the straps. I was super disappointed given I chose them for a wedding, and then had to scramble to find a substitute. This seemed more like a Nordstrom Last Chance experience with the mismatched box, no tissue paper, and the missing straps. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Beautiful shoes! Unfortunately, they arrived with only one strap. I went to the store hoping to find the same pair, but they didn’t have them in stock. I found another color and asked if I could swap the straps, but the store associate said no. Because of this, I had to return the shoes along with another pair. I even explained that I had a funeral the next day and couldn’t wait for an exchange, so I ended up buying a pair from Dillard’s instead.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time it is a must. Before I placed an order I read reviews and one review sais the strap was missing. I thought mothing of it, thinking it's not an often error. I was wrong not only did the shoes come in a bag but BOTH straps are missing. Shame on you Nordstrom Rack for knowing shipping damaged shoes. Also, not comfortable at all.
