Why?
Why do manufacturers make sweaters that gather at the hips and are wide through the waist? It's not a design that is flattering on anyone but those who HAVE no hips and are very thin. Why accentuate hips with an already bulky sweater? This COULD be a lovely sweater if it weren't gathered in a way that makes me shapeless (and I'm NOT.)

I really like the relaxed look of this sweater, quality seems decent, and the cable knit is really nice. But I do think it runs pretty large. I sized down and it was still pretty baggy. Thinking of exchanging for an even smaller size.

Beautiful sweater and while oversized, it runs big. I usually wear a XL to give me room in the chest so as I saw other reviews saying order down I did. I could have gotten a Medium. I returned it however without repurchasing as the cream color was not complementary to my skin tone. It is a very soft well made sweater and if it had been white I would have replaced it. Care looked very easy and it is a great sweater. Just know if you are ordering on line you may want to order a size down and one more down and see which works. It should still be a comfortable oversized beautiful sweater and last.

Perfect sweater for maternity
This sweater is definitely overly long and probably too wide in the middle for regular wear, but perfect to comfortably accomodations a 25 week pregnant belly. The knit is soft, flexible, and surprisingly warm for the composition. Tbd whether it pills as blends tend to do, or if it's viable post-partum. Imagine this would be good if you're looking for a longer sweater to cover the bum when wearing leggings.
