awesome sweater but stained and damaged
Such an immense bummer- this is such a great sweater- I also have it in black. The one star is because of the abhorrent state of this sweater- stained and damaged. I understand that internet sales are brisk and fast but Nordsrom Rack do better! I taped notes on it to indicate stain and damage and wrote an accompanying card with it. I imagine the next customer that orders it will find the same issues with it. I thought with the family buying the business in full would help quality control. I’m sorry I am mistaken -
