Runs TINY
I'm normally an 8 (29) or a 10 (30). Based on the note, I sized up to a 10. Could barely get them over my hips. Definitely couldn't button them. I'd probably need a 14 for them to fit my hips and waist, but they'd be way too baggy in the legs. Have to return.
