SNEAKERS ARRIVED DAMAGED
If I can give 0 stars I would! I ordered these beautiful Hugo Boss sneakers/shoe as a Christmas gift for my husband. When I opened the box both sneakers soles were damaged, dirty looked worn and used. Usually sneakers/shoes are wrapped in tissue paper for protection. This had nothing and the box was also damaged. I truly believe whoever was handling this item did not care that this was shipping out damaged. What a shame!!! Alexia with customer service was kind enough to get me a free shipping return label. Once returned this should be mark as damaged and taken off your site.
