Disappointed
I was so excited to get this bag. It was at the right price point, and I love Boss. It took one week for it to fail me. The leather started to peel. I loved everything about his bag, but I am so disappointed it wasn't better made.

I second what the other reviewer posted about the quality of this bag. Beautiful color, but horrible quality! I’ve had it a little over one month and the handles are peeling. I do not recommend this bag at all. It was such a waste of money!

bought this Boss purse on August 19 and was really disappointed. The very first day I wore it, the handle started peeling off. For such a brand, I expected much better quality—even if the material is synthetic. The bag is a beautiful color, but the construction is just not worth it.
To make things worse, when I went to return it at the Nordstrom Rack Westheimer location Houston, Texas, the cashier (Kendra) and the store manager were both extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained that I had just purchased it and that they could easily check my account, but they didn’t seem interested in helping at all.
Overall, poor quality product and terrible customer service. I would not recommend.

Unbelievable, BOSS?
I am heartbroken! I have worjn BOSS brand clothing and felt like a million dollars. The fabric, top notch! However, this purse was the greatest disappointment I've had this year! It looks cheap and the fabric is something that I have never experienced in the BOSS brand. If it can't be done with thee same class as the clothing, then it should not de done. Save your money, stick with the clothing not the handbags and shoes.
