to PROVIDE a TRUTHFUL & ACCURATE REPRESENTATION about the products you're selling them. So how do you plan on enforcing a 'no exchange/no return' policy with customers that you have failed in this obligation? The 'size chart' for this jacket says if you're a 44 R then you should buy an 'XXL'. It's 2 sizes too big.
