Snags on sweater right out of the bag
Unfortunately, there are snags on the sweater upon receipt from ordering online. I returned it and ordered another, thinking the one I received was a one-off - sadly, the 2nd sweater was even worse. It's too bad because this sweater looks and feels really nice.
