I was sent the wrong size twice!
I ordered a 7.5 and was sent a 6.5. I returned those and reordered a 7.5 but was then sent a 6.5 again. They are clearly marked in the shoe as 6.5. This has wasted time. I know this is online but I've come to expect better service from NordstromRack/Nordstrom than this.

Excellent gift for my young professional
I don’t know who was more in love with this shoe, my son or his fiancée lol. The shoe is well crafted however it does run slightly larger. We had to exchange the original size 10 pair for a 9.5 pair, which fit perfectly. We’re all super pleased!
