These boots are super comfy right from the start, with soft leather and a perfect heel height. The shaft is tall enough to pair with jeans and midi skirts. The only downside is that in person the distressing are scratches and look like damage to the leather, but I liked them enough to order a second pair to replace the first! Hopefully, the new pair will have a smoother look.

I have slightly wide feet with a pretty high arch, so I wondered if these almond toe booties would work. I ordered them in black my regular size, 7.5. When I first put them on they felt a little tight through the arch, but okay everywhere else, even on my narrow heels and wide toes, which is amazing. The pebbled leather is pretty supple, so within a half an hour of walking around inside to test them, the arch already felt okay with thin socks. I will continue to stretch them a bit with thicker socks, but I found these true to size and not too narrow. The insole is soft with outstanding arch support. The heel, while visually very cool with a slight arch, also feels stable and not too heavy. These are really terrific!
