pretty but chain delivered very tangled
Pretty and nice size diamond, BUT shipped in a small paper box and the chain was not taped to the back. So the chain is in a horrible knot. If I can't untangle the chain I will have to return the item. I know this is a Rack purchase but it was not an inexpensive item and I would expect better packaging - at least tape the chain to the back of the cardboard so it doesn't get knotted.
