Also ordered the High waist boy short and high waist brief. Boy short and the long boy body suit fit about the same, comfortable but didn't hold much in. My measurements were the same with or without wearing the piece. High waist brief did a much better job of holding everything in and still comfortable and breathable. All 3 were of good quality.
