runs really small

I usually wear a small in tops from Nordstrom rack and I got a medium in this and it was still way too small. I would size up two sizes

These DO run very very small

I normally wear a US size S or occasionally XS (Size 2-4) in tops. I ordered a Large based on previous reviews and even with going two sizes larger I looked and felt like a sausage in casing. It’s a shame because the fabric felt lovely: light and cool to the touch, and I love me a boat neck. Everything about this shirt would have been perfect except for the extremely tight fit even with the largest size available.

too tight

I bought this in a medium and a large. I’m a medium in most shirts, occasionally a small. Even the large version of this was too tight. It’s a shame because the fabric seemed nice and the color was what I needed.
