Such a cute dress! Size up for sure one though!
I would definitely size up a size and it is not lined on the top. It fit me beautifully though once I sized up and it is perfect for us small chested people. Loved how comfy and non restricting it was. This will become a staple in my closet I am sure!

Odd Fit
This fit my entire body except was soooo tight in the breast area even one size up. I’m not large chested and would be swimming 2 sizes bigger so I returned. A bummer because otherwise it was so cute on.

upper area was a little too see through
This dress’ skirt is lined but the top isn’t, and I didn’t love that it accentuated my back rolls. If you don’t have back rolls to hide then this dress might be great for you. The color was too close to my skin color too. Fabric was light so it makes a great summer dress.
