its a miss for me
It’s an okay dress for the price or maybe for a teenager. The ruffle part in middle of chest will never lay flat AND there are bumps and lumps in the structured bra area. The bumps should be on the seams from the stitching, instead they’re about a half inch below and it just makes the bra part look really cheap. If it was a kid, those bumps would help create some volume in the chest. But for someone fully grown, it looks off. For reference, I am 131 pounds usually a size 2 or extra small/Small in dresses and this size small fit well. The rest of the dress is great actually, just can’t get over the bra part.
