Shipped Me A Nasty Used Shoe - Shame Shame Shame
I ordered a Birkenstock big buckled shearling lined shoe. I had it shipped to store in Buckhead. When I opened the box it was a nasty old worn shoe that was not the color or style I ordered. Yes, I returned it and got a refund. The clerk who handled the return acknowledged the shoe used and clearly not the style I ordered. For the inconvenience of driving two hours in Atlanta traffic, the store manager urged me to reorder it since it was still available, only to receive a 10% discount. That amount would not cover the cost of the gas I expended making the first 2 trips to the store. I respectfully declined the 10% discount. So, I can’t comment on the quality of a shoe I never got.

Besides not fitting (small), my Zinfandel sz 8 (39) arrived scuffed up on outed upper leather. Also visible outlines on both shoes of rectangle price stickers, shipped in plastic bag (no shoe box), so not protected - rated 3 stars because they’re cute, but sizing way off
