Rack label destroys Birk soles.
Hey, this is my second pair of Birkenstocks from Nordstrom Rack and even though the price might be good…PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Your shoes will not arrive in a Birkenstock box. They will be in a fabric Rack bag. But the kicker? They add those electronic security stickers to the sole of your shoe, almost the size of a playing card, and you will not be able to remove it WITHOUT DAMAGING THE SHOE. Had the same issue with another pair in August. Upsetting. Customer service will offer you to use heat or their cork cleaning service and do not comprehend you can’t clean what’s damaged/literally removed from the shoe. Seriously wish I’d opened these sooner so I could return them. I was okay with it but my husband won’t be.
