Great but zipper broke
I’m really disappointed because this is a very flattering, warm coat. I feel like I’m wearing a comforter! The only problem is the zipper broke and I’ve had it less than 2 months. The zipper goes two ways and it’s been coming undone and now the bottom is completely stuck. Very upset, so I will have to order a different coat.

Great everyday coat for winter
Good puffer coat. Love the length - not too long yet covers thighs. Very light weight but warm. Most of it is made from recycled materials which is a plus for the environment. My only issues are the zipper gets stuck at the bottom sometimes and the absence of an interior pocket for the phone.

Almost perfect. Cheap zipper.
Love the length. Fit felt a touch snug but the stretchy material does help, especially at the shoulders. Cuffs were a nice touch.
Unfortunately the cheap plastic zipper may be a deal breaker for me as it appears to get stuck if you use the bottom double zipper function.

Beautiful coat, annoying pockets
The Urban Grey color is unusual and lovely, the coat fits well, and seems like it would keep me warm. However, the patch pockets are a dealbreaker. If it had pockets on the seams it would be a keeper!
