Height without the pain
First of all, these shoes run large. I went down half a size and it fits great. I was leery of the high heel, but the platform on the forefoot makes the heel only about 1.5”. They don’t have a lot of cushion, but somehow do not need it because they’re not a very high heel with the platform. Actually quite comfy!

Too large
These were beautiful but I’m usually an 8.5/9 but these felt maybe closer to a 10? There was so much space between my toes and the front end of the shoe with my foot pushed back into the sole. So maybe size down! They looked just like the picture though
