The angled design helps to protect the blades while the large, well-distanced slots ensure easy removal of each knife. The knife block comes with an anti-skid base for extra stability. This set also includes 5 Ron 18/10 stainless steel knives. They are well balanced with a heavy bolster providing perfect balance for increased control. They feature Titanium strength with non-stick coating for easy cleanup.

Knife looks, feel and cuts very good, but I'm always concern when a knife maker doesn't disclose the type of metal and hardness rating of their knives.

Sleek and sharp
