Great chef’s knife

It easily chops, slices, and minces through meat, vegetables, fruits, and poultry. It is very comfortable to use with its ergonomic handle. It is also easy to take care of. I can see this knife lasting a very long time.

Cuts but doesn't come apart
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cut through the chicken spine as expected. They are a bit unwieldy for my small hands. I wish they would come apart for easier cleaning. The close pin helps to manage them in the drawer. I like that its all stainless steel.

Great knife

Perfect little utility knife.

I never knew I was missing out, till I received this bread knife. It's high quality stainless steel, has a hollow handle for more hand control, and sharp serrated blade. I like to use it tough skinned fruit and vegetables, of course for breads. Easy to clean and maintain.
