- Cast aluminum with nonstick coating
- Hand wash recommended with warm water and mild detergent; avoid cleaners that contain bleach and citrus extracts. Use a soft sponge or dishcloth to clean the surface; avoid scouring pads and other abrasive materials. Fry pans are oven safe to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. If you stack your cookware to store, be sure to place a proper sized dish towel or silicone protector pad between each pot to avoid the scratching the surfaces of your pots/pans.
