Rainbow Sunset Metallic Stripe Bikini Top

Me: 5 ft , 135 lbs, 36 DD What I loved: The colors and pattern on this bikini! Love the vintage-y vibe, and subtle metallic shimmer. I like the wider straps and band. Cups provide decent coverage. Overall a super-cute bikini. What I didn't love so much: My top did not come with removeable pads. I will have to purchase my own. Without any kind of padding, the top is pretty flimsy for bigger-chested women, I'm a bit top-heavy so this doesn't provide any type of support at all, but added padding should help (I hope). The seams where the fabric connects to the gold rings are very sloppy, loose threads everywhere. I will definitely have to clean this up and reinforce those seams. Side note: Upon arrival, I have the same seam issue (but worse) on the matching bottoms, where the fabric loops on the gold rings. I'm going to have to redo these seams as well. One seam is almost completely undone. I will post a review with picture separately for the bottom. I had planned on returning and re-ordering a new one, as I feel I shouldn't have to sew up a new, unused item. Unfortunately, my bottom size is no longer available - so I will be pulling out my sewing kit... OVERALL, a cute bikini, but quality is maybe not worth the price tag. It would be a recommended purchase at a sale price.

I tried this in store, it looked great on the mannequin but on a human body the top was strange. I tried this in a medium and D cup. I wear 28FF, sometimes 28G. The band was ok on the medium but the cups were so tiny! The cups fit better on the D cup but the band was humongous. The back straps were meeting at the middle of my back. I don't understand why a D cup is sized for a larger band... Why not just call it an XL instead. The fabric was incredibly scratchy and thin, totally not worth the price point. I'm sticking with bra sized suits from Freya.
