Cute swim cover-up
Like that you can wear off the shoulder or not. Purchased in white and the material is very soft. I usually wear an XS, but small was the smallest size and it fits with a “flowy” fit. Also had a front tie. Not something that I would pay full price for as the price is high, so I’m glad I found it at Nordstrom Rack for $30.
