Ummm.......I thought it was lined
I like the dress, but was disappointed it wasn't lined. I still put it on with my nude underwear and my underwear was not visible, at least it didn't seem to be. Other than that, I'm 5'3", 140 lbs and the Small fit me fine. It wasn't tight and not too long.
