disappointing product replacement
I ordered these as I’ve been searching for a pair of low key ear muffs to wear when my hair is up. I received a completely different pair than shown. There was a strand of pearls on top instead of the stitching depicted, which is the opposite of low key and they’re just kind of ugly and childish. Unfortunately it costs nearly the equivalent of what the initial ear muffs cost to initiate a return because I don’t live near a store so I am stuck with a product I won’t use.
