I do a lot of traveling and a lot of long flights. Haven’t used them on a flight yet but got them in and I like this set more than I expected. The inside of the eye mask is more than 90% silk, I was expecting the fuzzy material this brand normally uses and I was presently surprised. The scrunchy and headband are soft. I love that it comes in a pouch that I can easily throw in my carryon

Disappointed
Ordered online for in-store pickup and had multiple issues with different items, from missing accessories to damaged goods. Online support was unwilling to help and deferred to the local store. The only issue here is I live an hour away and the local store doesn't answer their phone. As an ambassador nordy club member I am disappointed in how they treat their customers when issues like this arise.

Barefoot Dreams is always a 5-star item in my book, I love 95% of their things, if I don't it is a matter of opinion. The only thing about this was it looked like I had packed it, nothing was tagged or wrapped, guessing a return, for the price I am keeping for me, not a giftable item - this time!
