Broke after an hour
We bought these shoes for my daughter to wear for her wedding on December 6th. She decided to also wear them for her rehearsal dinner the night before. The heel strap of one of the shoes broke within an hour of wearing them, leaving us scrambling to find a new pair for her wedding day the next day.

Never shipped
Placed an order online for these shoes on the 20th. Got a confirmation that they should be delivered by the 26th. They never arrived. They never updated the shipping information and when I contacted customer service I was told they were never shipped so they refunded my money. Very disappointed, as I could have drove to Jacksonville 40 miles away and purchased them in person. Just thought this would be easier on me. I was wrong.
