Professionale 2800 12.5-Inch Skillet

This is a no-frills pan that does exactly what it is supposed to. The non-stick is amazing, it creates just enough friction to brown well, but releases easily and cleans even more easily. The hollow handle is comfortable and stays cool. The only minor complaints are the balance, the handle is very long, which is great for the oven or high flames, but can tip the empty pan on the burner when preheating. The aluminum could be slightly thicker, as well, but it is still thick enough to be a perfect every-day pan.
