Draped Faux Suede Jacket

I really like this jacket. I read reviews but none of the loss of color happened with the cognac color. I bought it a bit larger because I like the drape in the front. By mistake I picked it up with a bunch of clothes to do a cold water wash. I literally threw this in the washing machine. I almost cried when I was hanging the clothes and saw it. It looks just like it did when I purchased it. There was no damage at all. Now I won’t do this again but I’m glad it came out fine. I get a ton of compliments every time I wear it.

I pretty much never write reviews for anything unless something is really good or bad. In this case, this jacket is incredibly bad. I only bought the Cranberry one so I can only comment on that one, but I wore it for the first time yesterday and I wholeheartedly regret it. It looks so cute on, but what I quickly realized was that this jacket STAINED LITERALLY EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES. Even my fingers! It stained the white shirt I was wearing underneath, stained my Apple watch wristband, my phone case, my jeans, and basically everything the fabric came into contact with. Now everything is stained this pinkish-red color, all due to this jacket. It was a birthday gift and I unfortunately I can't return, but HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE piece of clothing. Nordstrom Rack is not to blame! It's this brand for putting this out when they know the effect it has. *sigh*
