cheap material
Only honest review!!
Material is very cheap. The strap broke after the first use. I had a shoemaker fix it, then the other side broke. Overall it cost me an extra $50. But it’s still very weak and won’t last if you plan on using it on frequent trips.

very poor quality
As it seems everyone has said here who wasn’t paid by the site or maker of the bag it is very poorly made and with cheap materials. Also, since the bag wasn’t used until the return timeframe was up Nordstrom Rack refuses to allow exchange or a refund. So, I am not sure what is worse, the bag or that this company is okay selling trash/disposable goods with no care about customer satisfaction. Guarantee they won’t return the calls and messages I have left asking someone to reach out to me in this regard. I wouldn’t recommend this bag or Nordstrom Rack to anyone going forward. I have spent a lot of money with them over the years and they have just become too big to care about their customers.

Not Great for actual travel
Would probably be fine for an overnight local but the strap busted around hour 10 of a flight to Tokyo. Not made for going in and out of overhead bins or being packed too heavy.
