BE WARY OF PUCHASING SHOES THAT MIGHT NOT FIT WELL
Bought on a Friday. My foot slid out of shoe when i simply tried walking. Wore once (had to to find this out) returned that Sunday. Nordstrom rack would only give me store credit. Store clerk was rude and made me feel less than pleasant , like i was committing some type of retail fraud. You can do better Nordstrom!

Order a whole size down.
I think these are really cute. However, they run a little big. I thought they were fine but when I wore them for a period of time, my feet turn some in them making them awkward to really walk in. They need to be super snug to not shift. I’m normally a 7 1/2. I bought a 7 and should have gotten a 6 1/2.

Poor design and execution
I am typically a 9.5 narrow, and ordered a size 9. Like most have mentioned, the strap on this shoe is not snug enough. Additionally, the straps on both sandals have started to unglue from the actual footbed after only 2 wears. I expected much more from this shoe and have been left dissatisfied.
