Customer Service Fail
I am disappointed with Nordstrom Rack's customer service. This elastic was very tight on my ankle and I want to exchange for the next size up. Although it was a final sale, I still wanted the shoe, just a size I can wear - a win for Nordstrom Rack as they could still have my money on my Nordstrom card for the shoe and a win for me as I could actually wear the shoe. Sadly, the customer service representing Nordstrom Rack only concerns themselves with their own policy and not the satisfaction of a long term customer. It is a shame when a corporate "policy" and "the system" win out over helping real people. Definitely size up. And shop elsewhere.
