poor quality
Great looking coat with some big problems. ALL the buttons on the coat fell off or were hanging within 2 days of wear. I wore to Europe and had to hand sew all the buttons back on. Fabric in spots started to pill within one week where my handbag rubbed against it. Great looking coat but sub par for Nordstrom.

Adorable, except...
I love almost everything about this coat: the weight, the color, the buttons in the back, the look it conveys. It is almost perfect. But the straps on the shoulders stick up a lot. Way more than in the pictures. It looks weird. They actually pop up and take up a lot of space. It looks like two things perched on each shoulder. No way to fix it. Ugh. Have to return. Wish I didn't have to.

Great Quality, not wide hip friendly
So soft and obviously great quality. Has nice details and the brown is beautiful (pretty close to the photos). I have wide hips and a booty (18/20) so the bottom buttons won’t close, but I honestly I probably wouldn’t have worn it closed anyway.
