Not flattering as a dress

A miss for me
I planned on wearing this as a skirt but found that the entire ipper portion is smocked, about 8 inches down. I loved the fabric but am returning.

LOVEEE this skirt/dress. Fits as both. personally, at 5’4’’ i love the way this fits as a dress but i can also wear it as a low waisted skirt. So so cute for the summer but the color is perfect to transition into fall too.

Perfect summer maxi skirt
Love this skirt so much!! The top waist band is super stretchy but also holds you in so it’s so flattering and the yellow is the perfect muted shade, I can’t wait to wear it this summer
