I love this dress, tight at the top but a bit looser around the waist and hips gives you space to move but sexy look at the top very flattering true size I’m 5”5 about 142-145 pounds

Love the color but...
The dress is super cute and I love the color, however its is too large on top. It fits perfectly everywhere else. It has no stretch to the fabric so I know a size small would be too tight around the mid section. Sadly I will be returning. I am petite 5'2 120lb 38A chest.
