My new shoes!

I love my new shoes! They are comfortable, and I can easily slip them on. I walk well in them and wear them everywhere!

Not for me

I got a blister on my right ankle bone, and it’s only on the right side! I think the product is defective.

Just ok

Comfortable not as cushion as I would like bottoms are very slippery especially when wet outside

Squeaky shoes

Love the look of the shoes, BUT They squeak. Every step you take makes a pretty loud noise. I tried several options , socks, no socks, etc. So disappointed. Feel like I've wasted my money.

Great shoes!

Bought these shoes for my daughter who is on her feet a lot at work. She just started a new position and her shoes came right on time and she loves them! The first day of wearing them at work she said they are very, very comfortable.

Lacking support

They don’t have very much heel support. they appear like they’re pretty cushy, but there’s not much support in the shoe. As a nurse, support is number one priority or feet start aching by the end of the day. Which happens in these shoes, unfortunately.

New Balance US response
We're sorry to hear these shoes did not provide the heel support and comfort you were expecting. We understand how important all-day support is, especially for long shifts on your feet, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. If you'd like assistance, our Customer Care team would be happy to help review your concerns and discuss available options.

My favorite running shoe

Great fit, I’m breaking these in for a half marathon and so far so good! I need a wide shoe and a light shoe to help my feet make contact with the ground and these are perfect. These are probably the 4th pair of Arishis I have had over the last 5 years. I keep going back to them after wearing them out.

Good walking and running show

I had another pair of these that I loved and wore the soles out. These new ones are a little tighter in the toes but still pretty comfy. They are great for walking and running, despite being advertised as a running shoe. I definitely notice the difference in comfort still between other brands.

It’s Comfy but not for Wide feet

It’s really comfy but the shoe isn’t that wide. I ordered the wide fit but it’s still a bit snug so hopefully it stretches out with frequent use
