Don't fit if you have high arches, bad smell
Doesn't work for people who have a high arch. I couldn't even get them on my feet, even though I bought my usual size. (I regularly wear Old Gringo cowboy boots and they fit fine.) Also, they had a very strong chemical smell. I sent them back.

Lovely but too small
I ordered these beautiful red boots. When they arrived the quality looked excellent out of the box. size. I ordered size 9 but I could barely squeeze my small foot in and they were incredibly tight. I have bought a lot of Ariat boots over the years and I love them. I'm very sad that these ones didn't fit

I returned and purchased the Jade X, which I absolutely love. This bootie was a great fit, high quality leather, and true to size. I just wish it was made in all black. If you’re considering purchasing I would highly recommend.
