High on the Heel
As the other two reviewed. The back heel is a little too high around the ankle, which rubbed and developed painful blisters near my ankles.

I love this brand - I currently own 5 different pairs of Ara shoes. This shoe is the exception. I purchased my normal size. Within hours of wearing them, I developed painful blisters near my ankles on both feet/legs. I'm not sure if the material is too high or the edge is too coarse, but these shoes will be returned. At this price point, this kind of issue shouldn't be happening.

Heel comes up too high!
Great materials, great arch support, nice cushioned insole. BUT the leather comes up way to high in the heel. Ouch! Not good design. Returning.
