The filter is not thick
The filter is not thick enough for the slot I put it in my attack ac unit like the Honeywell one was.

Quality Filters, but Undersized
The filters have a great build quality, but their dimensions are slightly undersized which results in them not fitting snug in the return vent. This causes a noticeable noise when the air handler begins drawing air and the filter is drawn into the return housing.
