Great Boot with Major Flaw
Boot is great and the taupe suede while lighter than picture is pretty. Unfortunately, there is a major problem with the construction - the insole which is glued down is at least two sizes smaller than the boot! There is literally half and inch in the toes that is not covered by the insole. It's like a size 7 insole was put into the size 9 boot so the end of the insole is right under the ball of your foot - uncomfortable! For a boot of this price that is bad quality control. Not Nordstrom's fault but guessing this is because the brand was sold recently and their website was closed for months. Very sad as this has been my go to boot brand for 10 years. Not sure it is worth trying a different pair or not.
