The mule is well crafted but designed poorly. My baby toe sticks out of the opened portion of the shoe. Beautiful shoe. I wish I could keep it.

I can't believe Nordstrom Rack has sunk to this level! How can they allow this type of quality go out?!Obviously used, slapped a new tag on and sent in a plastic bag? No box? What a shame!

Poorly Located Openings
As another review mentioned, the gap on the outer side of the shoe is located in a bad spot; my pinky toes line up exactly with the openings and are nearly falling out. The material is nice and the shoes are otherwise well made, but the exposed toes make them look odd.
