Don’t waste your money!
I filled the directions for using the pan to a T. Washed with very little mild soap, dryer thoroughly. Warmed over a low heat, added oil and waited till it was ready before adding my hash browns. It stuck immediately . Started over , skipped the hash browns, tried an egg. Stuck immediately . I bought Avalon because the ones with coatings work

Love these frying pans!
This is the second set of Analon frying pans I’ve purchased. The last set lasted at least 10 years. We use them a lot and we’re always having problems with other brands. I think these are the best nonstick frying pans out there!
