Terrible shipping!

I ordered online somereally cute tennis shoes and Northstorm Rack and they sent me some very high high heels size 10 when I wear a size 7! I ended up taking the high heels to the main store which they were very nice on customer service on giving you my money back. I did not re-order the tennis shoes. I do not understand how they don’t look over their shipping before they sent it off to a customer wasn’t too happy.
