great shoe, bad service
don’t give the shoe a bad rating because you were sent the wrong size. This is unfair to the shoe company. It’s a great shoe. Problem is the person who doesn’t care that you received the wrong size.

Wrong size sent, twice!
For the second time, I waited a week for the shoes to arrive. And for the second time, they sent the wrong size so I had to pack them to return them. I’m waiting yet again for a refund.
Slow shipping of the incorrect product. What’s not to dislike?

Footbed lacks support
Altras have wide footbeds that are anatomically shaped to allow for natural toe spread and movement during running. This fit is true for this model, but for whatever reason I found myself tripping more often with how the front sole is arched. The supporting cushioning is thick, but of too low a density to stabilize during running. It doesn’t feel stable at all compared to the more minimalistic Altra models. Overall it was an ok shoe for the first 10 runs or so, but lacks any real arch support or lateral stability.

Narrow in toes! Awful.
These are insanely narrow in the toes. What happened to Altra shoes? They've completely abandoned their customer base.
