Great BUT....
I fell in love with this bag online. I purchased on 2 colors and thought how perfect to dump everything in for on the go. Then came the handles. They are awkward. I even tried to tuck inside and no go. I just assumed they could be changed out- which I would love- but not sure much. I bought on Anniversary Sale but now both have to go back.

Love the leather
I have the tan bag, beautiful leather texture. It’s soft and holds a lot. Only thing about the bag is the weird smell. Hoping it goes away in a week or so. It’s a great buy.

Think Twice
This is probably the least favorite of all of my bags. Plain heavy leather and if you put anything in it, it feels like you are carrying around a bowling bag or something. The flat pouch has logo and the strap to it is awkward. Need the pouch, however, if you want to locate something quickly. I very much dislike using this bag...in my opinion, one is better off with a nice laminated cloth shopping bag. I have not had any issues with the bolts. It comes with a dust bag at least. Tried to accept this bag for quite awhile, but it is going into closet storage for now.
