Curious why so many have neckline issues
Mine fits fine and lays perfectly across my neck whether as a boatneck, slight off-shoulder, or full off-shoulder - love the versatility in neckline options. I've designed many drapy tops and dresses, so I'm very familiar with drape necklines. These buttons aren't too heavy for the light knit and don't drag it down.
Torso is neither too long nor short in my opinion, though other buyers have commented otherwise. Not too tight across my 32DD chest - basically looks like a C but often causes commercial XS tops to pull across the chest, resulting in never knowing if you should end up with a XS or S in anything even between designs within the same brand.
This actually may be why others are having a drape issue where I am not - what is excessive fabric for others is the exact amount for this to fit perfectly across my chest and therefore have no excess fabric to fight with. I don't even need to fidget with the buttons to make them lay straight across as a boatneck or drape well and showcase themselves as an off-shoulder, a step other reviewers across the two Nordstrom listing for this sweater (this black and the grey marl) had mentioned being necessary.

Horrible!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this sweater. The mint green color is beautiful and the fabric is lovely and soft. However, the design just isn't practical. When I first put it on it looked really good... but as soon as I started moving around, this sweater was all over the place. The shoulders wouldn't stay in place and would fall forward and make the neck droop and gape, the sleeves and hem kept twisting every which way, and I was constantly having to readjust everything. Overall, this sweater was a sloppy mess.

Gorgeous
I love this top! The quality is wonderful and it can be worn in many ways. The buttons at the top allow for an off the shoulder look or even a single shoulder look. I’m excited about this buy.

Snap or Unsnap
This sweater is really nice, you can snap or unsnap the top depending on how much shoulder you want to show. I bought it to wear over the silk dress. I returned the dress but might keep this sweater anyway. The bottom is more fitted than I think you would find with other AllSaints sweaters.

Coolest Sweater
I had been eyeing this sweater for a while and finally pulled the trigger when I saw it on sale. Glad I did! It has a unique look without being over the top. Can be worn in a few ways based on how you use the snaps.
